Reverse Osmosis or (RO) can be described as a procedure whereby pure water and contaminants is divided via a semi-permeable membrane(s) with very fine pores. This method is a necessary technique employed in the majority of water purification systems. Reverse Osmosis is considered to be a highly effective approach to eliminating water impurities, such as Toxic Heavy Metals i.e. Lead and Radium, Mercury, Chlorinated Pesticides, organic matters, Turbidity & Dissolved Solids, bacteria, virus.

RO system is widely used in water treatment, purification for tap water, well water, underground water, borehole salty water, brackish water and seawater, pure water and ultra-pure water production. Multimedium filter
This machine can remove heavy metal including mercury, lead, cadmium, zinc, iron, manganese, chromium, hydrogenate from the raw water. The filling material in this filter can be changed according the different quality raw water.
Active carbon filter
The filling material in this filter is nut shell activated carbon. It can absorb the small molecular weight organic compounds, thechloridion and heavy metal in the raw water. By this filter, the color and the mouth feel of the water will be improved.
Precision filter
PP precision filtering elements is filled in this equipment. This equipment is the last pre-filter before the reverse osmosis
system. The function of this equipment: filter the impurity in the water which diameter is larger than 1 micron. By this machine,the service time of the reverse osmosis system can be extended more.
One grade osmosis reverse system
By the special high pressure pump, the water pressure will be increased to 6-20 kg. By the pressure, water will flow through the reverse osmosis film. There are many holes on the surface of the film which diameter is 0.0001 micron. Because of these small holes, chemical ion, bacteria, fungi and viruses can not go through, only water molecules which volume is smaller than 0.0001
micron.
Ultraviolet rays sterilizer
This machine is connected after reverse osmosis system. By the ultraviolet rays lamp which is installed in this equipment, raw,water can be sterilized again. Some microorganism in the water can be sterilized completely. After this step, the water can reach
drinkable standard.
Water tanks
They are made by 304 stainless steel or PE material . Thickness of the stainless steel is 5-10 mm. They are installed with the polyurethane, so they also have the function of thermal insulation.

The following points should be noted during installation.

1. Reverse osmosis installation should be placed indoors, such as placed outdoors must add a roof.

2. Reverse osmosis must be placed horizontally. 
3. Before running reverse osmosis, the quartz sand and activated carbon must be flushed repeatedly to know the clean position of the water, and the ion exchanger must be regenerated and cleaned. 
4. When starting the equipment, pay attention to start the front booster pump first, and then start the high pressure pump.
